Refund policy

Return Policy – Store Credit Only

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return for store credit within 14 business days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return:

To begin your return, please email us at veronica@TrueMeInspire.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Returns will only be accepted using the provided return shipping label

  • Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit

  • Store credit will be issued within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected

Damages or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away at veronica@TrueMeInspire.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Store Credit (No Refunds):

Approved returns will receive store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.
We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
